Foil screenprinting is a three part process that involves first printing a layer of adhesive on the garment, curing that adhesive, and finally heat-pressing a foil sheet onto the adhesive. The foil only sticks to the adhesive, leaving a shiny metallic sheen that cannot be achieved with standard screenprinted inks.
We are able to achieve highly intricate designs, as well as use foil as an accent. The examples below show foil on its own, as an accent, and even used with other specialty processes such as high density inks. Foil comes in many colors to suit your project’s needs.
An alternative to foil is metallic ink, shown in the last image below.
